SERVICE FAQ's
Yes we can service any kind of bike. Since we produce the bikes, we know almost everything there is to know about Fezzari, meaning we can easily get your bike running like new.
If possible we try to complete your bike on the day it is scheduled. Some repairs can take longer if they require more in depth evaluation, or if they require parts to be ordered. If you need your bike by a specific time, please bring it at least 2 business days before your scheduled appointment, to ensure we are able to complete the required services on time.
Upon completion we will send a text message notifying you that the work has been completed. This applies to Each bike. If you have multiple bikes booked in you will receive a message for each individual bike. After a bike is completed we allow up to 1 week for collection, after which storage fees will be applied.
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup for service appointments and for new bikes. We charge a mileage fee that is subject to change based on transportation costs. All pickups must be scheduled 24hrs in advance of your appointment.
If you have suspension on you bike of any kind we recommend getting it serviced at least once a year. Each manufacturer has different recommendations but a general rule is every 50 hours of riding.
