Angel Reese’s off-season has been nothing short of dazzling. From hosting celebrities on her podcast to making waves at fashion events, she’s been keeping herself busy. She’s also made appearances at NBA and NFL games, soaking in the action courtside. Her latest stop, however, was a sentimental one. Angel headed back to Maryland, not just to represent her hometown pride but to support her brother, Julian “Juju” Reese, as he hit the court for the Maryland Terrapins.
The Chicago Sky star was a standout presence in the stands at Xfinity Center College Park during Maryland Terrapins’ matchup against the Bucknell Bison. Known for her magnetic energy both on and off the court, Angel didn’t shy away from showing her support for her brother, Julian Reese. A video circulating on X captured the moment perfectly—Angel playfully waved at the camera before proudly flashing a pamphlet featuring her brother.
The video from Fox College Hoops captioned,” Angel Reese in the house supporting her brother 🙌 The whole family balls @Reese10Angel x @Reese10Julian.” Interestingly, the game finished hugely favoring Maryland on the score line as Juju Reese’s side cruised past Bisons by 97-61.

This was Julian’s seventh appearance of the season and he put up a decent score of 14 points along with a rebound. With five successful field goals out of eight, his points tally was the third highest from the Terrapins’ side. Reese’s return to Maryland seemed to work wonders for the red and white Terrapins.

Her presence in the stands wasn’t just a morale booster for her brother, Julian Reese—it felt like a stroke of good luck for the entire team. The Reese family might just owe a nod of thanks to the “Chi-Town Barbie” for her undeniable charm. But the Sky star’s support for Julian didn’t start here. Back in October, she made it loud and clear that she was all in to cheer for her brother in the 2024-25 season.

Angel Reese isn’t typically known for publicly showering her brother, Julian Reese, with affection on social media. However, she flipped the script back in October, just as the NCAA season was about to tip off. In a rare and heartfelt moment, the 22-year-old star took to X to share her confidence in Julian’s upcoming season. She tweeted, “my brother is going to have a great year. i’m calling it now. @Reese10Julian.”
For Chicago Sky forward, this marks her first season away from the college basketball spotlight. However, her brother, Julian Reese, is carrying the family legacy forward in style during his fourth season with the Maryland Terrapins. Julian has wasted no time making his presence felt. In just last two games, he’s racked up an impressive 32 points. Then in the game before Bison, he delivered a dominant double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds.
It’s performances like these that validate Angel’s faith in her brother. Angel, who played two seasons at Maryland before transferring to LSU in 2022, has been a steadfast supporter.
