It was the final episode of Bryson DeChambeau’s ‘Break 50’ challenge and he truly decided to bring in the big guns, the NFL legend, Tom Brady. Brady was excited to be there and become the season finale’s champion.
But did the two stars complete the challenge? Unfortunately, no. But there have been many other best moments in Bryson DeChambeau’s 2024 Break 50 challenge and here are the top 5 moments from the final ‘Break 50’ YouTube series.
1. Bryson DeChambeau attains 50 twice in the season

It was season one and before Tony Romo, Bryson DeChambeau had already attempted to break 50 with John Daly, Grant Hovart, GM Golf, and whatnot. But he kept failing. However, when the legendary NFL quarterback joined the 2-time US Open winner, the stars aligned to at least go a stroke closer to the score.
Before the final putt at the Maridoe Golf Club, DeChambeau and Romo missed three eagle chances. But when they stood on the 18th green, the 10-foot putt looked easier than ever. And after the former NFL quarterback missed an eagle, the LIV Golf pro closed it in for the first-ever 22 under 50 on DeChambeau’s ‘Break 50’ challenge. The duo overall made twelve birdies and five eagles. DeChambeau attained the same score first with Donald Trump when he teed up at the Trump National Bedminster.
2. Bryson DeChambeau makes more par-3 birdies with Brady
As said, for the final showdown of the Break 50 challenge, Bryson DeChambeau had to invite the NFL GOAT, Tom Brady. After all, he broke 50 only with an NFL athlete, so why not another? But they couldn’t break the record after finishing just one short away from the elusive round.
However, it was still a better 18-hole play for DeChambeau, as his cameraman Chase also teased him. For the first time in many months, DeChambeau could finally birdie the par-3. From the four par-3s at the Shell By in Florida, DeChambeau birdied two and parred the others. It is still a record for him if compared with other episodes of Break 50.
3. One with the dating rumors
Throughout his career, if Bryson DeChambeau had been rumored with one person, and that too for the longest, then it is Paige Spiranac. And after he invited her for the break 50, these rumors escalated like a forest fire. Spiranac could not hit the drives as well as DeChambeau, but the 2-time US Open winner cut her some slack.
The two chatted, joked around, and agreed that there has to be relief after taking a divot. Amidst all, the golf world saw brewing romance between them. After a while, a fan asked the OG golf influencer if she and DeChambeau were dating. Instead of denying it, in the perfect Spiranac manner, she sarcastically said, “Got a problem with that” So, are they actually dating? Nobody knows.
4. Probably DeChambeau’s biggest celebrity break 50 collab
Yes, there has been Phil Mickelson, Tom Brady, and Sergio Garcia on Bryson DeChambeau’s Break 50 challenge and all of them are top athletes. But no one ever expected that Donald Trump would also be one of the guests. It was probably the biggest collaboration for the 2-time US Open in the 2024 season. And he reaped its result as well. Although Trump and DeChambeau could not break 50.

Having the POTUS on his YouTube broke his 1 million subscribers record as other golf YouTubers like Grant Hovart still could not attain that milestone. Through this video, the world also got to know how good of a golfer Trump is despite a few ‘cheating’ allegations against him. After its collab, DeChambeau was even with Donald Trump as he became the President again and the two have struck a good friendship, nonetheless.
5. Bryson DeChambeau was stunned by John Daly’s secret trunk

Last but not the least is John Daly being John Daly. After Trump, he replied to Bryson DeChambeau’s tweet asking who his next guest should be, and Daly showed that he was ready. As it is well known, the 2-time Open winner’s form is not trending these days and he missed more putts and drives than expected, but Daly was doing it for fun. And his fun was also hidden in his golf cart.
Amid his jokes about his divorces, Daly showed the Fore, the coolest golf-course cooler which was hidden under the hood of his golf cart and as per Daly, the “best non-carbonated drink in the world.” DeChambeau was speechless as laughed at such a scene but didn’t drink it as Daly did.
The 2024 season of the Break 50 has been entertaining to say the least, even though the LIV Golf pro could break 50 only once, he tried it many times and kept it enjoyable. Now we will see DeChambeau in 2025 with probably newer guests and a better break 50 record to achieve.
