When Kyle Busch joined Richard Childress Racing after fifteen long years on Coach Gibbs’ side, fans immediately expected great things from the new star pairing. However, despite delivering mega performances in the first half of the season, Busch’s 2023 campaign failed to qualify out of the round of twelve. While his three wins this season were a step in the right direction from 2022, a lot more was left to be desired.

Although Busch absolved RCR of any blame for his rollercoaster of a season, a long-time Richard Childress Racing sponsor has extended its support to Kyle Busch’s efforts in 2024. Lucas Oil Products will not only serve as the primary sponsor for Busch in many Cup Series races but is also set to cover him during his grassroots Micro Sprint car venture in the Tulsa Shootout starting on December 26.

Throughout their partnership, the iconic brands have visited Victory Lane a staggering twenty times! Their support for Kyle Busch isn’t without solid ground. After all, Busch awarded the brand their first Cup Series victory during their first race together at Autoclub Speedway in Fontana, Calif. Taking to Instagram, Kyle Busch shared a reel on his Instagram page featuring fan favorite funk music to reveal the 2024 Lucas Oil livery for his Micro Sprint Car, along with his racing overalls.
