Watching her husband’s football game is surely a big priority of hers, and it’s an occasion that can’t use some normal day-to-day fits. She has to get creative!

This time, as seen on NFL Brasil’s official X profile, the gymnast has left no crumbs when it comes to outfit choices. “She ate!” as the phrase goes, and the Olympian was seen donning a white turtleneck shirt, which was covered by her jeans jacket, and her blue jeans with her shiny white boots. Furthermore, to complete her fit check, she was carrying her purse, which had Owens’ jersey no. 36 embedded in it. She also wore a necklace that had the initial ‘J’ in it. For Chicago’s heat, she also had her sunglasses on. 

The gymnast was fully prepared for the game, and she couldn’t be much prouder watching her husband play in one of the most popular leagues in the world. Every game she watches that features Owens, she always gets dressed up for it, so this was nothing new for the gymnast. To get a spot on an NFL team, Owens has struggled a lot before, but during those harsh times, there was Biles who cheered him up and kept his focus on the search. Eventually, he found himself with the Bears; after deciding on mutual grounds, the NFL team signed the rising star, and the rest was history.

Surely, due to Owens’ football duties most of the time, he stays away from his wife. However, their long-distance relationship hasn’t made their bond weaker, but a lot stronger. Not having her husband Jonathan Owens by her side during the cozy winter night of Christmas wouldn’t feel wonderful to Simone Biles. The NFL player has a packed schedule as the Chicago Bears will be facing the Seattle Seahawks on December 26. So, as a part of the team, he will be attending the training session, which would result in him missing out on the occasion. However, the gymnast won’t let her long-distance relationship ruin the festive mood, as she would be featured in a campaign for the DICK’S Sporting Goods store in Houston.

So what’s the Olympian’s role in this? The franchise is hosting a competition among all their stores in Texas, and Biles will be given the opportunity to decorate the store in her city. If she’s able to defeat the others, then she will receive the title of DICK’S Holiday Decorating Officer. However, it won’t be an easy competition as she will be facing the Texas Longhorns’ Quinn Ewers, the Dallas Cowboys’ Dak Prescott, and the San Antonio Spurs’ Chris Paul, who are assigned to the other cities just like the gymnast.

According to the store’s advertising, she will also receive a $100,000 Sports Matter grant from DICK’S Sporting Goods and the DICK’S Sporting Goods Foundation. With this amount, Biles will donate it to local sporting organizations that promote young athletes in Houston, demonstrating a kind deed on Christmas.
