Tom Brady comes with a wealth of experience. Training a legend like him is a challenging job, admits coaches. However, there are a few exceptions, and former Bucs Head Coach Bruce Arians certainly makes that list. The 69-year-old former coach talked about bringing out the best of the NFL legend.

“We did our homework, and learn that he can still play..And (Brady) he knows everything about the team… He’s done his homework…Tom gets his homework done and yeah, we headed off, and we got lucky. I think the biggest word is trust. You have to have the trust of the people you are working with. So, a QB has to be like one of my sons. We have to have a dialogue,” tells the experienced coach. 

Tom Brady and Bruce Arians share an interesting relation

Earlier, Terrific Tom and Arians endured a happening phase as a player and a coach for the Bucs. Meanwhile, speculations rose whether the duo share a souring relationship.  

Meanwhile, the 45-year-old superstar brushed aside those doubts and cleared the air about their relationship.

“Zero whatsoever,” Brady said. “He and I have a great relationship and I think that’s part of the reason why I chose here was because of Bruce. He and I have been [in] incredible communication and he knows how I feel about him and that’s the most important thing, and I know how he feels about me,” the QB added.

Arians on his extended coaching role

Meanwhile, talking about the absence of a coaching role, the experienced HC added he does not miss his duty, as he is still an active part of the team setup. “I travel with the Team and attend team meetings. So I don’t really miss the environment,” Arians clarified.

Meanwhile, Tom Brady will have a point to prove as a seasoned campaigner, when the new NFL season kick starts in two weeks’ time. Surely, the NFL GOAT can turn up to the master tactician if any support is needed, because Brady is his favorite, too.
